Gift deed made by father on adoptive daughter name

my name is nani. i am ealder son . i have 4 siblings 1 brother and 3 sisters. property owner are my forefathers. my brother married my ealder sisters daughter. my fathers registered 10 acers of my forefather property on her name as they adopted her. it happened after she married my brother. how can get justice. could you please help me on this.
if the property is in the name of your father then he has the right to gift the said property in his name to anyone he wants to and no one can object to it as the gift is being made from his own will without any force. if the property is ancestral and is in joint name then he cannot

person can gift his property to others when he acquired him self. in your case this property is devolved from the fore fathers( it is ancestral property) then your father has no right to gift the property. you can get cancellation of the executed gift deed and you along with your other siblings also entitled for partition. finally the gift deed executed by father is void you can initiate civil proceedings.
