Gift deed from father without photo, finger print and sign of donee

A gift( land property ) deed was registered without photo, finger print and signature of donee in the deed copy.The father (Hindu) was donor and one of the son is donee. No signature , no photograph & no finger print of the donee is available in the registered deed . Is it a valid legal deed? The date of deed registration on 29.03.2016 and mutation of the property in the name of donee not done till date . Please suggest me.
In that case if you want you can challenge the gift deed becoz without those process gets completed then it is not valid document and In which adr ot has got registered have you got any copy of it then if you want you can claim your share
