Gift Deed Done Already On Total Property

Legal Heirs of the land with Structure is 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Earlier 5 brothers have done an affidavit of succession certificate showing only 5 legal heirs where sisters were not shown. Earlier these 5 brothers have gift deeded the entire property based on the succession certificate. Now at present the sisters are claiming money against their share and the brothers are ready to settle it. Is it possible to settle the matter permanently as the sisters are ready to co-operate and gift deed
