GIFT DEED BY COERCION AND FRAUD

WHILST I WAS SAILING AT SEA A YEAR AGO MY MOTHER PASSED AWAY. MY SISTERS COERCED MY 92 YEAR OLD FATHER TO MAKE A GIFT DEED OF THE HOUSE AND SURROUNDING LAND PRIOR TO MY RETURN BACK HOME. THE REGD DOC HAS SOME FORGED SIGNATURES TOO FOR TRANSFER OF PROPERTY. THE LAND ON WHICH THE HOUSE IS BUILT IS NOT CONVEYED TO MY FATHER'S NAME AS YET AND IS COMMON SHARE UNDIVIDED LAND
PLS ADVISE NEXT COURSE OF ACTION TO NULLIFY THE DEED
This is my response to you:
1. Send them a legal notice;
2. If they do not respond then file a suit in the civil court;
3. Obtain injunction order or stay order as applicable;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
