Getting possession of property occupied by wife and son of owner of 1/

We 3 Hindu brothers having one common residential property where wife of the eldest brother stays with her son. We, all the three brothers want to sell this property and share the proceeds equally as this property is not divisible, but the lady and boy is not willing to vacate the property. Please advise:
1. How can we get it vacated legally?
2. Do they have any legal right to keep staying in the property as husband/father is 1/3rd owner of the property?
3. Can they ask for any compensation?
