I elder brother purchased a property, shared with younger brother on request in early 80's. Now he soldout the front portion.case was in court i loose the same. Interested in purchase but now owner is some saint and creating further problems.

Interested in purchase but now owner is some saint and creating further problems.-- as the property is sold you have no other option then to buy it from the original owner.
