Gave land to friend to stay. Now I want that land, how to evict him?

one person live in my land which located at Patna bihar since 15years. one room which covered by albestor sheet in my land. i give to him without rent because he is my villege friend. at time his family live and not want to go out of my lang what i do for this.
You file an Eviction Petition before local Rent Controller seeking eviction on the ground ofs personal necessity. You can claim yourself as landlord of house.
