Friend claiming my aunt's property on a forged will

Hi, My Aunt died recently leaving some property and we are two brothers who are legal heirs. She had a family friend . we lodged a petition in court for claiming the property. filed another petition with a will probably a forged one stating that all the property belongs to him. Please advise if we can claim the property or the will will supersede the Inheritance laws
if you think that the person has forged a will then you can file a criminal case against the person under section 464, 468 etc against the person, the forgery of the will can only be determined later at the time of trial and not on the initial stage.
