This is a case of misrepresentation and fraud under the Indian Contract Act. Since the property was registered in your name, the third party cannot cancel the registry arbitrarily without a court order. File a civil suit for declaration of ownership and an injunction to protect your rights over the property. Simultaneously, file a criminal complaint against the property firm for cheating and breach of trust under IPC. For detailed legal assistance and documentation, contact me directly.
