Fraud allegation for selling of property.

my husband has two and half acres agri land 30 guntas land and a house in a village and a house in town my husband ,his brother and his widow mother are parties.In the town house mother is staying but after his father whether the house is in her name or whose name dont know.They are saying that my husband sold 1acre moe than his share which was 100000 at that time now it is more then what will be our share.we are hindus

according to the circumstances you have mentioned in your query .

your husband would secure 1/3rd share out of the properties left out by his father.

and with regard to the house which you have mentioned which could probably be in the name of your husbands mother , with regard to that , we have to see how she has acquired that particular property .

if that particular house property is in her name then , any share out of that house property cannot be claimed until her death . further if she executes any will with regard to such property then only the beneficiaries whose name mentioned in such will can claim share out of such property, after the her death.

how your husband acquired the agricultural land and clarify land and houses are in your husband name or your father-in-law name. there confusion regarding holding of the properties. Send proper facts of the case otherwise will not able to answer legally.
