Forged sale agreement used against a uneducated person

Sir, if someone makes a sale agreement of immovable property forgely, how much maximum compensation can a property owner claim by filing suit? and How much is the fee to be paid for court?

hi, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, if a document is executed fraudulently, then the sale agreement executed stands to be voided, you cannot claim compensation for an act involving illegality, however, the land will be reinstated to its rightful former owner, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications
