Forcefully Break In Locked House And Damage To Property

This incident belongs to Po- Kalwari, Dis - Basti, Uttarpradesh. My uncle and his 2 sons forcefully broked in the entrance door of my house and carried out house modifications. I am working in another state and this my house is in our control since 18 years with partition wall between my & my uncle's part. Treepassing and damage is done wantonly to dominate us and take full control of house. I have approached local police and complaint is given but FIR is not filed yet.And no action is taken by either police or any authority. Please direct me that how to proceed with legal actions..?
if you have somebody break the door you can file a suit fir has nor been filed yet you should lodge a fir regarding your family members yoy can send notice fir not filed yet there will be delay in lodging the fir
