I have a house in chennai which i leased for 11 month to shankar. he without my knowledge subleased my property kaveri for 5,00,000 rupees. shankar stopped paying rent, when i went to inquire i came to know about this sublease. i asked kaveri to evict my house as soon as possible, but she said only if i pay the said amount she will vacate the premises. i dont know whether to file a rltop or suit against kaveri
