Flat Registration under cooperative housing society HIDCO / NKDA
05-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
I have flat within a cooperative housing society in New Town, Rajarhat. Me and my father is the joint member of the housing society. Currently I wan to register my flat under my name, however I have been suggested that since I am not the founding member, my registration charges will be according to the market value of this property, and in case of my father this will less due to subsidy given by Hidco. Is this understanding correct or is there a way to register the property under my name with the same subsidized registration fees?
As per the query in laws rato yes you can do registration of the property in hidco and yes it is true as you father is a member of the co operative society hence and if you do the registration on your name then the registration charge will be in the name of your and you need to pay the registration charge as per the market price
