I bought a flat in the name of my wife but she did didn't make any payment towards the purchase.after that we are living separately,In the lower court she accepted that " The property was purchased by my husband in my name" and the judgement comes in the favour to me.In my will, can I bequeath 100% of the property?
Yes. You are now the absolute owner of the property. And it is your self acquired property. You can bequeath the property through will. The WILL will come into operation only after the death of a person.
