Flat in father's name I paid instalment can I keep the flat

a flat which is on my fathers name but 75% instalment were paid by me .We are two brothers and two sisters. i looked after my mother and father.now how the flat is distributed. please advise me.
In case the property is in the of father and the property is a self-acquired property of your father then the property will be disposed off as per your wish of your father till your father is alive. In case if your father dies without leaving a will then the property will be divided among all the legal heirs equally.
