First wife of husband now he died can i sell his property and buy new

My husband has married two women, im these first wife, & my husband has passed away years ago & i don't have a child. can i sell this site & can i purchase a new built house in the name of second wife (she is my sister). if any legal issue please advice. Religion: Hindu.
The self acquired property by your husband distributed among the legal heirs. Since second marriage is prohibited in India and will not be considered as a valid marriage therefore you will have the complete right over your husband’s property and can dispose-off the property in the manner you wish to.
