Financier cheats buyer by writing sale deed instead of GP of property

my house is in visakhapatnam wic value 20laks ,we taken 2laks money from a financer thorugh gp in 2010, after 3 years we clered the money,but these financer cheated us by writing as saledeed instead of GP of property (house) at time of gp registration ,we are staying from last 20 years til 2016 aug, in aug the financer people entered in house when no one ther, when i went near police station they dnt take action against them,after 20 days ther cam back with injection order from court. we all have all poofs under our name,if we sell the house in 2010, why we stay till 2016. they filed in court, we are attending all the hearing dates, there is no movement till now , please help me how to get our house for us.
firstly you need to prove the transaction is a financial transaction and the consideration under the sale deed was not passed in between you and the consideration said to be passed was fiducary then only you can get justice
