Hello sir, I have 3 vehicle loans on a private finance.While applying for loan first time, I have signed on it and my dad signed for guarantee.But we don't anything about it till now, my husband only uses that particular vehicles and he is the sole responsibility for it.And my issue is that particular company threatens us to pay the debt or they'll get stay order on our land property which we didn't give them for any security purpose.How come we know about the land documents got attached?
Unless there is any default made by you the financial creditor cannot obtain an order of injunction against your land. If they are constantly threatening you without any basis then you can obtain stay.
