few assets are joint with the property but brothers dont want to share

I am having three brother.Two years ago In presence of my father we divide our property through panch, but not register on the name till now and some agriculture assets are joint. My three brother don't want to share these assets. How can we take it legally.
You can file a case of declaration whereby seeking declaration of oral agreement entered upon between you and your brothers and other option is, you can file a suit for partition against your brother but that is only possible if you father is not alive.
