We are 2 bro 1 sis and mom.. someone was saying that grandmother is equal heir for my father property while my uncle is still alive... I want to know my grandmother is heir in property that is coming from my grandfather. Or. In my father own property ?
she will be the legal heir if your grand father has not signed any will earlier. the children of your grandfather will also be said as his legal heir and they will have the share of equal proportion in his assets and liabilities

Yes your grandmother is having right in your father's property also bcoz she is your father's nd your father is liable to give maintenance to your grandmother also.. That's why your grandmother is having right in your father's property like your grandfather's property.....
