My fathers (he passed away now ) self acquired property (10bigha agricultural land) and it’s in my mother and sisters name . So, my uncle and aunties are asking a part of it (6 bigha) bcz according to them it’s not self acquired by my father but it was our grandfathers land and he named it in my fathers name . if they possessed the land you can take legal action against them. As the land is in the name of your sister and mother and also it was the self acquired property of your father your uncle and aunties have no right over them. Don't worry they will not get the property.
