If your grandfather died before 2005 amendment came into force then your aunt can not claim her share in the said property. But if he died after 2005 then, she can claim her share in the said ancestral property. IF she is not responding to the notifications then you can make an application in the court where the case is pending to compel the presence of your sister in the said matter by the way of summons.
