my father is threatening to give all our ancestral land to my elder brother and he is has also registered fake f.i.r stating that i have thrown my parents out of the house,what can i do ? he is making my life so miserable, i am severely depressed beacuse of thier constant bullying, please help.
you have the same right as your brother and your father cannot give your right from the ancestral property to your elder brother.
