Father sold his share to uncle can I claim share in property

My great grand father had property on his namei. Great grandfather has 5 sons and 1 daughter including my grandfather, in 1977 all sons transferred FREE WILL rights which is registered on my grand father name. after this my great grand father died. in 2000 my grandfather died without any will. my grand father has 2 sons and 2 daughter. In 2012 my father transferred all rights to my uncle name by taking 25 lacks(its not registered any where its by mutually) Now my Question is 1) is this inherited property? I have rights in this property? can I claim my shares?

yes u have challenge all the piece and parcel of ur grand father property and file the civil suit for declaration, permanent injunction and possession ( in case ur not possession of this property) before cIVIL court. actually this is ancestral property. ur father transferred all rights to ur uncle this is not valid as per law, without prior permission of other legal representative, therefore u have rights/share of ancestral property and u can claim anytime
