Father sold ancestral property 25 years back can son claim share?

i have purchased ancestral 1 acre agriculture property in 1990 from person A , A was having 1 major son(B) from first wife(no more) and from 2nd wife A was heaving 2 minor daughters(C,D) 1 major son(E) and minor son(F). during registration of sale deed person A and 2nd wife major son(E ) have signed on sale deed. Question- first wife(no more)-1 major son(B) , 2nd wife minor daughters(C,D) and minor son(F). can claim the property now ? or Whether claim has time barred.

The claim would be time barred as the right had accrued more than 12 years ago which is the maximum period of limitation for claims over private property. You may defend your possession of the property by applying the principle of adverse possession if any claim are made against you.

Technically, you cannot prevent any of these person from filing a suit to claim a share in the property, however the grounds they set up can be challenged successfully.
