Father selling property for personal use, can me/my mother claim share

10-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
The house in which we are staying right now is in father's name. He wants to sell it for his own purpose. He says, myself and my brother have no rights to claim for house. He also says that my mother too have no rights to ask for property. I am gonna get married so I may not help my mom to survive and my brother is in third year of his degree. He is not in the stage to take care of my mom. Am not aware of Property laws. Kindly guide me so that I can help my mom to get her share for her future security.

Your mother can only ask for maintenance when ur father is living. But the heirs can brought a suit to deter ur father's individual attempt to sell the house property arbitrarily on his own. Could stop his attempt. Pls give a public notice through local daily.
