Father registered property in uncle's name can i claim it back

 My father was a central govt employee..he purchased some acres of agricultural land but registered it in name of his elder brother...but my father expired in 2011...and now if I ask my uncle to give back and register the property in my name...he is not ready and saying that property belongs to him.. 2nd thing is the govt has sent a notice of 79a b for some documentation problem wnd to attend in AC court... pls anyone help me out to clear these major issues....i dont have any ither source to lead my life as it is only source of income...

You need to file a petition in the court stating that the property that is registered in your uncle name was purchased and paid by your father. You need to prove in the court that the property was purchased by your father so that the property can be divided among the legal heirs of your father.
