Father paid for my flat can he claim the flat

Flat is owned in my name, which cost 25L, my father paid 20 L and myself 5L, Now can he claim for money or flat, because he is trying to do same.

Taking into consideration the above . It depends on the mode of payments made and the property papers .

However if the property is in your name as you are saying . And there is no co owner the property . In such a case you are absolute owner of the property .

As far as your question of claiming money is concern . Yes he can claim money .

Yes he can claim 50% of share as document is in your both name. No matter how much money you have paid or he had paid in it.
