Father owned a flat in Mumbai. Now we can came to know its on benami.

my father died 11 years ago.he was owner of flat at dn nagar but we recently know that flat is on benami tranasation ,we live in Nepal now I need your suggestion.
If you have dispute benami transaction payment documentary proof from your fathers name or any relative name only it can be work.
This matter will be litigate in goregaon dindoshi civil dist court only and you have to file a one injunction suit and one declaratory suit.
