Father made will before his death but brother is refusing to probate

Father written will about the properties. He dead right now. But my brother is not willing to open the matter written in will. How can I know about that will
Apply death certificate of your father. Then apply for copy of will from Subregistr of Registration office. They will issue will copy. Or get Encumberence certificate,find date of will, then apply for will copy. Judge Sekar Madras
