My father written two wills. In first will he given equal shares to all brothers. In second will he left me out and given two shares to one brother. I have no objection to his decision. But my son and daughter from first marriage who are doctors in UK joined forces with his cousin in India to claim my ancestral share. lower court ordered to divide property into all brothers and my son and daughter in equal shares to me. It puts price on my head. I am worried about my life, sooner I am terminated sooner they will have access to my ancestor land under Hindu succession act.Any way out. Please help
