can my father sell ancestor inherit property to someone without my wish
if has sold then what to do
yes ,amoung muslims during the lifetime of the parents, the father possess absolute power and does not need or require wishes and consent of his heirs.
the property divests amoung muslims only after the death of the person who holds it.
please remember: situation would be different in case your father has during his life time settled properties amoung his issues.
