Father got property from grandmother do i have any right in that land

my grandma given a house to my father by will. we are living in this house from 10 yrs(1St floor).now my father told me to leave the house due to familly issues. now i m not in a position to leave. if there is ant rights for me for protest then pls suggest.
Your only course of action could be to file a suit for partition with a temporary injunction. The injunction, if granted will prevent you from being dispossessed from the property while the case is being decided. If you are an adult then you do not have any right to maintenance from your parents however you might be able to claim a share in the property. The strength of your claim over the property will depend on several factors such as your religion.
