Father give his complete property to children without mother consent

Can my father write a will to give 100% of his property to me and my sister without informing my mother. She has a house of her own, but she will be giving it to someone else and will have nothing.
If the property is in the name of your father then yes he can execute a will in your name and your sister and can not give any share to your mother but if the same property is in name of your mother as well then he can only give his share to you.
