Father gave land to me after partition now uncle not allowing to sell

My father and his younger brother had a partition of land in 2002.. In 2013 my dad registered through court some portion of land on my name and in 2015 my dad died. Now my uncle is not letting me selling the land and threatening to file a case on my name. I am paying taxes to govt for land past 3 years n so.. What to do
If after partition of the land, your father has transferred his share in the property in your name then your uncle cannot stop you from selling your share in the property.
