Can a father disown a son from his house? If the father has made the son to build a new floor with son's own money. but now the father is threatening to disown the son from the floor he himself builds. Can a son file a Breach of a contract or any other civil/criminal suit to recover the money invested

Dear Sir.. Can you please let us know that, whether the father is the exclusive owner of the property or it is a joint one.. Further if father is the exclusive owner of the property, then whether the property is self acquired or inherited by ancestors.. Please let us know the answers to these questions, then we will be able to guide you better..

No he cannot disown the son, in case of transaction arising out of son’s own money, the father cannot disown or ask the son to leave the property unless the son has been adequately compensated, otherwise the son cab approach the court.
