Father died without giving full payment of the plot how to extend date

Last date 15-12-2017 hai sare pese dene ki or registry date 25-04-2018 hai jo bechne vala hai vo date extend nhi kar rha hai mein kya karu sir mere papa ke akhri kwahish thi ki uss plot par ghar bne jo derabassi 140507 liya hai suggest me sir or abhi adhe se jayda pese dene hai plot ke to date extend karvane ka tarika btayen
Dear first of all why are you agree to give full payment, before registry, it is quit risky, secondly the sell can back out to execute the sale deed even after getting the payment then what you will do, don't make the whole payment before registry.. for date extension file a civil suit in the court..

Date for execution and registration of sale deed can only be extended with mutual consent. Otherwise the date for the same can't be extended unilaterally. This is governed by contract act you can make him to understand regarding your problem
