Law can compel him to give you your share only if the property is ancestral property.

If the property is a purely self acquired property of your father, then he is free to dispose his property according to his will. Law can not interfere in this.

Your father's second marriage will not be a bar for you to get your share in the property. However you must understand that when you are entitled to get your share. If the property on question is of your father then during his lifetime you cannot get any share as your father is absolute owner of the property but if the property is ancestral you can claim your share by filing a suit for partition.
