That time your sister commited sucide that her children (Two daughter and one son) were depended on his father, if their father was not took maintenance on his children. In this condition their grandfather's family maintenance her children that you can took claim amt. for maintenance in this property. but this time all children are 18+, so their permission to took your claim, but you can't sale this property. This property sale authority on only your sister's daughters and son. The power to sell this property in your sister's daughters and son.

Your sister is the sole owner of the property.after her death her property devolve to her successor ie her children's and husband.your family has no right in that property until and unless she made will, gift etc in this regard.
