Father bought property but unregistered deed how to get it on our name

R/sir I have industrials property in noida. My father purchase this property in 1987 and we stay heare in 30 year and this properties sale out only (Agreement to sale) paper and this paper not regesterd in authority only attested for notry. And will also not regesterd.And I have all original paper for seller somethings like lease deeds, maap,and seller paid stamp duties. Sellers died in sence last 25year. At this situation what shal we do to get the ownership the propriety Thanks

You can claim possession on the said property by filling a civil suit also, if the land is not registered then consult a lawyer and get the registration done as soon as possible for that purpose You have to give the copy of that sale deed to the concerned halka patwari who will intimate you for date of mutation. On date of mutation of that area you have to visit that patwar circle. contact me for more details as i need few more information for this matter for detailed advise.

under property act it is necessary to register the property under registration which value is more than 100 Rs. Notary transfer has no legal effect in the eye of law . You get the property by filing regular suit on the basis of notary , documents which is in your possession etc.
