Father bought a land on POA 30 years ago How to register it

Hi, My father purchased a property on POA 30 years ago but I don't know the where the original owner is from whom we purchased it but we do have the POA and possession of the house. What to do to get it registered on Delhi? I don't live in that house and want to avoid any hassle of anyone in future claiming it as his own.
Sir, you can get get your property registered by firstly getting it freehold by paying the conversion charges . Firstly you will have to heck the mutation at the pathwari and see in whose name it was orginally there and thereafter get it changed in your father's name.
