family property share dispute in all family member

There was property in my grandfather's name and my uncle transferred it to his name and is not giving me my share in the property.
If you intend to claim a share in your grandfather's property then you need to file a suit for the same. Your uncle cannot unilaterally transfer your grandfather's property in his name. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.
