Family property partion

My granfather own a 3 acer farm and after his death it was whole tansfer on my uncels name because my father died 7 years ago before my grandfather sooo my uncel did right or should he transfer that property on my and my uncels son name? We are christian

Firstly did your grandfather execute any Will. If not the property belongs to all his legal heirs and in the absence of your father . Your fathers portion shall be that of yours and you mother.
Hence the complete right cannot go to your uncle unless anything specified in writing
