Family property ownership dispute what to do

24-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
Dear Sir/Ma'am, It's3 a Matter of serious concern, My father bought a property in 1985 from his hard earned money in delhi and registered it on his younger brother's name i.e. my uncle ( he did not have any income source at that time ). From 1985 my whole family is living in that house (including my 3 uncles and Thier families). In 2012, my uncle (registered owner of house) sold that property to my another uncle (without our knowledge) at a very low amount and now he is saying to leave the house. We apealed in court for justice and now, after 4 years of case, the court decision wasn't in our favour, I.e. my uncle won the case and now court will send us notice to leave the house, that's not fair. I am not satisfied with the court orders as the property was bought by my father and now they want us to leave the house. What should I do ? Please suggest! Your suggestions would be highly appreciated by us! Thank you!

Hi...
I don't understand if property was bought by your father and your invest his own money in that property then why didn't your father get it registered on his own name..Why did he got it registered own his brother's name. This is not digestible thing at all coz registration of property not on his own name was a big blunder made by your father. And the Court always work on the evidence which shows ur title and interest in tht property. If you any concerned document or paper you can contact me for further assistance.
