Family property dispute , violance and death threat to my family

Up mein mera ghar hai jiske samne ek thodi si zamin hai jo mere dada ji ne unke bhai ko di thi but unhone , rasta nahi manga but ab wo mere dadaji ke bhai ab khe rahe hai ki mujhe zamin chahiye aur mein tumhe Ghar se nikal ne ka rasta bhi nahi duga , humne es zamin ke badale unhe dusari zameen dene ko bhi bola but wo maan hi nahi rahe , wo ladai hi karna chate hai kiyu ki unki mentality ye hai ki unke 3 bete hai aur hamare bas 1

Hello, if you have no other way to reach public pathway, you can ask your relative to provide a pathway from his land. Firstly, you can send a legal notice to your relative, it will serve as a formal communication leading to resolution, or, as a step towards legal action.
