Family property and land issue discussion and next steps

Hi, my grandad left property and land when he died in 2007. The case to sell the property and land has been going on for a long time and I believe there's a case or dispute amongst family members. My dad has a stake in some of the property and land and he died 3 years ago. My mother is apparently talking to a lawyer about this, but I need an update on what the situation is with the property/land, if it's been sold and what I'm owed. I am happy to speak to a new lawyer about this to resolve issue
