Family Partition Issue & Succession

a. If there is a will in place and unsure if it is registered or unregistered b. The will is of my late grandfather and names my father and my uncle c. My father has met with brainstroke and is paralyzed. Where does it leave my mother, me and my mother? d. The uncle is not in talking terms with our family and wants everything in his name and is waiting for my father to pass away. What are the next steps to be done and what can I do to protect my right?

Will need not be registered. The assets given by your grandfather to your father will come to you after your father's demise. However, in order to avoid any future disputes it is imperative to obtain a probate for your grandfather's Will. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal assistance as regards the same.
