Family inheritance of deceased wife

I am Hindu. My in-laws passed away without any will. My wife passed away in car accident 4 years back. Around 1.5 years back i got remarried. I have one brother in law and his son..My query is that do myself or my minor son have any right in my in-laws property.

Your minor son has a right in the property of hia grandparents in the absence of your wife. If your in- laws have passed away without a Will then succession would be intestate. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.
