Landlord threatens FIR in Ghaziabad over 'trashed' flat we received bare. We left it dirty but all items inside are ours but did not inform him, also 2024 had no rent agreement and no signature of ours as well the previous one ended in 2024 july and after that we paid 11500 for every month to him which we have proof of ,He extorted ₹7000 rs online from my dad claiming 'missing rent', shouts 'FIR kardenge, Ghaziabad aana padega'. No formal damage notice. what should I do now??
